HR Business Partner

**Purpose**:
To lead the implementation and delivery of the talent strategy in line with organisational objectives.
To develop, plan and facilitate learning and development solutions in order to develop current and future business capabilities.
**Talent Planning**:
- Develop and monitor policies, processes and initiatives on talent management, career development, and succession planning in line with the talent/learning and development strategies;
- Implement workforce planning processes to analyse supply and demand for talent.
- Help the business identify mission critical positions, and ensure proper succession and replacement planning.
- Design, plan and monitor talent segment development initiatives.
**Employee & Leadership Development**:
- Plan and implement a programme of learning activities required to meet individual development needs identified through Individual Development Plans (IDPs);
- Recommend leadership tools and techniques to build leadership capabilities.
- Administration and database management of all company training.
**Employee Engagement & Retention**:
- Implement employee engagement strategies to improve employee morale and commitment;
- Monitor action plans to improve employee engagement.
- Plan and facilitate mentoring and coaching solutions in order to develop current and future business capabilities.
- Develop and implement an onboarding and induction programme to ensure engagement from day 1 of joining the organisation.
- Develop an employee value proposition to ensure the attraction and retention of key talent.
**Performance Management**:
- Implement and monitor the performance management system/process to optimise employee performance;
- Educate and train employees and management on the performance management system;
- Provide tools to the organization to manage poor work performance.
**Budgeting & Reporting**:
- Planning and manage talent and development budget;
- Legislative reporting relating to skills development, BBBEE and employment equity;
- Monitor and evaluate the management of the budget.
**People Management**:
- To ensure all HR functions are executed according to Wilmar practices and principles, in terms of recruitment, training and development.
**HSEQ**:
- To ensure constant adherence and compliance to company HSEQ and security standards, local by-laws, standards and legislation so as to minimise all risk pertaining to company assets and protection of life.
**Governance**:
- To ensure effective risk management and internal control, including asset management, for area of responsibility
**Salary**: R600,000.00 - R700,000.00 per year
