Exciting opportunity available for an Vehicle Admin Clerk at a reputable vehicle dealership in Nelspruit
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process vehicle sales and monitor stocked vehicles.
- Capture and maintain vehicle stock data in the system and safeguard vehicle keys.
- Handle orders, including raising, posting, authorizing, and ensuring timely invoicing.
- Oversee deal file management and perform floorplan reconciliations.
- Reconcile, manage, and recover vehicle debtors.
- Generate daily stock reports for the sales team.
- Process payments, transfers, and bank cheques.
- Conduct weekly stock counts and perform general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in costing or as an Admin Clerk within the automotive industry.
- Previous experience in a vehicle dealership environment, with brands like Ford, Kia, or Mazda.
- Motor industry knowledge is essential.
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Clear criminal record required.
