Position: Sales Representative (Hospitality, Interior Design, Architecture, Tourism)
Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for an Sales Representative to join their team based in the Stanford area.
Are you an experienced Sales professional with a background in Hospitality, Interior Design, Architecture, or Tourism? Do you have a passion for high-end, sustainable products and a desire to make an impact on the global stage? Our client is seeking a talented and driven Salesperson to join their innovative team, working to revolutionize the hospitality and tourism sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Drive Sales: Lead the charge in selling high-end, bespoke mosquito nets to prestigious hospitality, tourism, and luxury destinations. Drive revenue growth by cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the hospitality and interior design sectors.
- Custom Solutions for High-End Clients: Work closely with designers, decorators, architects, and interior designers to create tailored mosquito netting solutions that match the aesthetic and functionality needs of high-end properties.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients by offering exceptional service and insight. Understand client needs, provide expert advice, and guide them through the selection and customization process.
- Travel and Networking: Travel to key destinations, attending meetings, networking events, and site visits to build relationships with prospective clients. Regularly visit luxury hotels, resorts, and tourism destinations to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure the continued satisfaction of existing customers.
- Market Analysis and Strategic Planning: Stay informed on industry trends and competitors, using this knowledge to adapt sales strategies, pitch new products, and identify potential business opportunities. Provide feedback to internal teams to help shape the company’s product development and marketing strategies.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Take ownership of your sales pipeline, managing leads, conversions, and ongoing client communication to ensure sustained growth and client retention.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and production teams to ensure that client needs are met and that the products delivered align with the highest quality standards and expectations.
We’re Looking for Sales Professionals Who:
- Own reliable transport.
- Have Proven Experience in Hospitality, Interior Design, Architecture, or Tourism with a strong track record of driving sales in these sectors.
- Are Highly Motivated, results-driven, and possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit to seek out and close new business opportunities.
- Excel in Communication: You must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.
- Are Client-Focused: With a deep understanding of the luxury sector, you will demonstrate empathy and care in addressing client needs, always striving to exceed expectations.
- Innovative and Solution-Oriented: Ability to think outside the box, providing creative solutions that align with client needs and project requirements.
- Have Strong Organizational Skills: You can efficiently manage your time, track sales leads, and follow up on key opportunities to ensure no potential is missed.
- Are Passionate About Sustainability: You care about making a positive environmental impact and are enthusiastic about promoting products that prioritize eco-friendly, sustainable solutions.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages will be considered an asset.
The position in based in the office
Location: Stanford, Overberg.
Salary: R20 000-R25 000 depending on experience, this is a set salary and this offers an incentive bonus but does not offer commission.
Starting date: As soon as possible.
