Our client is a smart energy-saving company that is making clean energy affordable and reliable for all South Africans, recently closing on major funding to rapidly take on the market. We are on the hunt for an Engineering professional with embedded knowledge of managing and optimizing production and assembly lines. The potential for growth in this role is exponential; you will form part of the core team as they rapidly take the market by storm. What will you be doing in a nutshell?

1. Design, develop, and commission custom test fixtures and jigs, or manage their procurement.
2. Optimize production systems by automating data capture and testing processes.
3. Conduct quality inspections, troubleshoot production issues, and implement corrective actions.
4. Offer technical support for assembly processes, including PCB, enclosure, and cable assembly.
5. Document production workflows, tooling, and quality control standards.
6. Analyze production data, report key metrics, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
