Payroll Administrator

Requirements:
- Matric qualification is essential.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience operating as a Payroll Clerk / Administrator.
- Practical experience working on Sage Pastel Payroll.
- Sage Pastel Payroll courses (advantageous).
- Practical experience processing financials for NBCRFLI employees on Pastel Payroll.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Processing of payrolls (Programme used Sage Pastel Payroll).
- Checking the accuracy of processed payrolls.
- Generate and compile payroll reports to check, compare and analyse financial data.
- Updating and maintaining payroll information.
- Calculation of commission and overtime.
- Processing and issuing UIF related forms to employees.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and assisting with payroll queries.
- Ensuring processing is in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- General administration and experience working with Microsoft Office.
