This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and knowledge of trust and estate laws and procedures. The secretary acts as a crucial link between the attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and accurate handling of trust and estate matters.
Duties will include:
- Document Preparation and Management
- Client Liaison
- Court and Filing Procedures
- Estate Administration
- General Administration
Requirements:
- 5 Years + relevant experience.
- Matric, tertiary qualification preferred.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Own Car and Driver's License
The final remuneration package offered by the employer will be determined based on market standards, considering the candidate's qualifications, skills, level of experience and attributes.
