- Well presentable and professional
- Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Full proficiency in both - Afr & Eng client base)
- Minimum 1 year experience in trust administration, or legal secretarial experience **at a law firm a must**
- Part time LLB Degree student will strong administration skills will also be considered
- Computer literate in MS Office (MS Excel preferred)
- Good typing skills very important (speed and accuracy)
- Must be able to perform under pressure
- Strong administration skills important
- Non smoker
- Own reliable vehicle
- Stable employment record and contactable references
- To start as soon as possible

**Duties**:

- Trust administration function
- Travel and attend to Master’s Offices
- Drafting and typing of legal documentation
- Client liaison
- General secretarial and administrative duties

**Salary: R 15 000.00 gross maximum (depending on relevant experience - to be revised in future depending on performance)**
- Reference CR2383; and
- Your monthly gross salary expectation in context with the offered amount.
