Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Delivery Coordination: Oversee the coordination of timely and efficient customer deliveries.
- Administrative Management: Ensure that all administrative functions are managed effectively and accurately.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, guide, and develop a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Forklift Maintenance: Ensure forklifts are ready for operation by checking oil, water, and mechanical components.
- Attendance Management: Monitor and manage staff attendance to ensure smooth yard operations.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients who drive into the yard.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure the business operates in full compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Reporting: Report any discrepancies or issues to management immediately.
- Roster Management: Maintain and manage staff rosters, especially for weekends and public holidays.
- Stock Management: Oversee effective and accurate stock management to maintain optimal yard operations.
- Physical Inspections: Conduct physical checks of stock and vehicles leaving the yard to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Company Culture: Uphold and promote the companys values and culture, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Preferred Candidate Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- A Technical qualification or Diploma is preferred.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Knowledge of relevant systems is an advantage.
