Responsibilities

- Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise architecture to ensure alignment with business strategy, investment priorities, and design decisions.
- Oversee and assist with the design and implementation of complex solutions and bids.
- Foster strategic partnerships to co-create innovative solutions with external partners.
- Implement and refine architecture frameworks and methodologies to ensure a cohesive approach across the organization.
- Ensure architecture oversight across all business units and internal IT functions.
- Promote and implement architecture best practices to enhance organizational performance.
- Maintain the architecture repository, including systems, processes, and people, to support architectural decision-making.
- Accelerate standardization efforts and drive organizational efficiency improvements.
- Build trust and credibility with clients and within the market through consistent architectural guidance and delivery.
- Provide consultative guidance on standards, governance, and IT strategy, while supporting architectural governance processes and metrics.
- Develop and disseminate architectural whitepapers, standards, policies, and patterns to key stakeholders.
- Lead the establishment and ongoing management of the Architecture Board to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Understand customers' future enterprise architecture plans and strategies, providing relevant solutions to meet their long-term needs.
- Manage architecture documentation artifacts to ensure consistency and clarity in architectural processes and decisions.

Requirements

- Over 10 years of experience in IT, with a focus on infrastructure technology solutions.
- 7+ years of experience developing architectural strategies across multiple domains.
- At least 5 years of experience creating architectural solutions for emerging markets.
- Comprehensive understanding of how architectural designs support large-scale project objectives and meet business requirements.
- Deep understanding of cross-functional domains with the ability to design and present integrated solutions tailored to client needs.
- Proven ability to engage and collaborate with C-level executives, partners, and peers on both strategic and technical levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in addressing complex business challenges.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and presentation capabilities.
- Adept at aligning technical solutions and capabilities with overarching business priorities and objectives.
- Strong leadership abilities, including expertise in coaching, mentoring, and delegation.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and respond swiftly to change.
- Self-driven, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willing to work additional hours as needed and regularly travel to customer locations and industry events.
