Requirements:

- 5+ Years of experience.

- Ability to interpret, populate, and present reports.
- Professionally engage with and present to clients.
- Strategic mindset required.
- Social media scheduling and boosting posts.
- Online media marketing expertise in promoting products and brands across social media, Google, and other paid media channels.
- Analysis and reporting: mastery of ad managers, analytics tools, tagging, tracking, and storytelling with data.
- Information architect for storytelling.
- Innovative with data tracking and analysis to optimize performance.
- Recommend technologies for service implementation.
- Mathematics: strong skills for analyzing digital marketing efforts, including advanced query building in Excel.
- Communication skills excellent verbal and written communication for client interactions, reports, and insights.
- Time management ability to meet tight schedules for marketing campaigns.
- Delegation: manage and delegate tasks to support staff (administration, assistants) and ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:

- Develop paid media strategies and implement paid media (social media and google).
- Update and maintain ad management platforms and tools.
- Review and validate data integrity, quality, and accuracy.
- Preparing reports (in data studio) and presentations.
- Analyse customer behaviour, marketing trends, digital media and platform performance and derive marketing insights and recommendations from this.
- Analyse and report on SEO with recommendations for improvement, Improve the agencys SEO capabilities.
- Develop ad hoc analysis (snapshot reports for troubleshooting).
- Identify potential process improvements and improvements in areas within digital marketing for optimal performance.
