If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead a new car sales department. This is a unique opportunity to work with a fast-growing, premium automotive brand that is reshaping the industry. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and leading and managing a high-performing sales team with a focus on motivation, development, and results. You will need to innovate and drive creative lead generation strategies, both online and offline by leveraging cutting-edge digital marketing techniques to boost visibility and customer engagement.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction.

Job Requirements
Matric Certificate or Equivalent
A valid drivers license
At least 3 years of experience as a New Car Sales Manager.
Proven success in generating leads, driving online marketing initiatives, and achieving sales goals.
Outstanding leadership skills a people person who can inspire and manage a team with confidence.
Highly organized, hands-on, and ready to tackle day-to-day operations.
