The Role: Join our Quality Compliance and Documents Team to support the Quality Management System for document and learning processes. In this role, you will: - Maintain and update controlled documents in the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS), including obsoletion and archiving. - Ensure training materials and matrices are accurate and up to date, supporting compliance with GxP requirements. - Act as LMS administrator, creating and managing courses, monitoring training compliance, and generating reports. - Provide documentation and training records for audits and regulatory inspections. - Promote adherence to SOPs, job aids, and company policies while supporting continuous improvement in document and learning management processes. This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with experience in quality systems, document control, and training compliance. Requirements - National Senior Certificate, Grade 5 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent). - Strong working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and GDP (Good Distribution Practice). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proven ability to complete tasks accurately and on time. - Demonstrated capability to prioritise and multitask effectively. - Experience within the pharmaceutical industry (desirable). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook. - Ability to work to tight deadlines in a dynamic environment, delivering high-quality outputs with strong attention to detail.
