**JOB PROFILE - QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER**
**JOB PURPOSE**:
To plan and execute the inspection, configuration, testing, and installation of products/devices to confirm/ensure quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables.
**SCOPE OF WORK // DUTIES**:
1. Configure appropriate products sold and test for implementation;
2. Install and test devices/products;
3. Understand the features and functions of all devices in use;
4. Complete understanding of the Wiring diagrams of the various products/devices;
5. Accurate and detailed completion of Job cards and necessary paperwork;
6. Travelling to customer’s locations, remotely accessing equipment and performing routine maintenance;
7. Support and maintain device configurations on the network;
8. Responsible for quality control in respect of devices and harnesses;
**REQUIRED COMPETENCIES**:
1. Related Secondary/Tertiary Qualification;
2. Prior experience in a Tracking, Configuration & Installation environment;
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
4. Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality;
5. Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks;
6. Fully Bilingual (English & Afrikaans);
7. Own Transportation.
**SALARY RANGE**
R14 000.00 - R20 000.00 (before Tax) depending on level of experience.
**Salary**: R14,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
