Join out team as a Warehouse Intern for a 12 months journey. In this role, you’ll learn the ins and outs of warehouse operations while supporting our MPS processes, optimizing inventory, and gaining valuable technical know-how.

What you’ll do:

- Excel proficiency is a large requirement of the role.
- Attention to detail essential.
- Disciplined and focussed on deadlines and accuracy in reporting.
- To receive, safely store, issue, package and arrange shipment of Client devices and peripherals.
- To complete, sign off, file, and submit all required warehouse documentation and reports, as per the Contractual Operational Level agreement.

Your expertise:

- Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work within own area of expertise. Works within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods. Works with a moderate degree of supervision.

- 1 - 2 Years Administration experience and Microsoft office

- Other experience: IT Hardware and Stock Control Experience - Soft Skills are essential

- Customer Service experience is essential

- Problem Solving skills required

Qualifications required:

- Managed Print knowledge and some Technical Background

- Systems management
Grade 12

- Soft Skills

- Microsoft office (Excel)

- Qualifications preferred:

- ITIL 4 /ITIL Awareness - Certificate in Storekeeping and Stock Control
Stacking and Storage Certificate

- Manual Handling Certificate

- Fixed Term Contract: 12 Months
- Location: Midrand
- Work environment: Corporate Warehouse environment
- Physical demands: Moving printer devices
- Travel: No travel required other than to work
