Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide the CEO with overall guidance and support
- Manage the CEOs calendar, prioritizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, ensuring smooth follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
HR Function:
- Assist the Finance Manager with the administrative HR function
- Prepare, maintain, and update employee records and documentation
- Generate HR reports
- Support onboarding processes for new employees
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in HR / Business Administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
