Salesforce Co-Ordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- User and License Management: Manage all aspects of user and license administration, including user setup, deactivation, assigning roles, profiles, permissions, and managing public groups.
- User Support: Handle user support tickets and provide assistance to Salesforce users to resolve issues and enhance their experience.
- Requirements Gathering: Identify and gather system requirements from users and stakeholders to improve functionality and streamline processes.
- Salesforce Configuration: Implement and manage Salesforce configuration changes, including but not limited to:
- Flow automation
- Custom fields
- Page layouts
- Record types
- Custom settings
- Dashboards and reports
- Monitor User Adoption: Track and monitor user adoption of Salesforce to ensure maximum utilization and identify areas for improvement.
- User Training: Develop training materials and provide hands-on training to ensure users are equipped to leverage Salesforce efficiently.
Required Technical Skills:
- Salesforce CRM: Proficient in Salesforce administration and configuration.
- CRM Systems: Strong knowledge and experience working with CRM systems.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
