Key Responsibilities:
  • User and License Management: Manage all aspects of user and license administration, including user setup, deactivation, assigning roles, profiles, permissions, and managing public groups.
  • User Support: Handle user support tickets and provide assistance to Salesforce users to resolve issues and enhance their experience.
  • Requirements Gathering: Identify and gather system requirements from users and stakeholders to improve functionality and streamline processes.
  • Salesforce Configuration: Implement and manage Salesforce configuration changes, including but not limited to:
    • Flow automation
    • Custom fields
    • Page layouts
    • Record types
    • Custom settings
    • Dashboards and reports
  • Monitor User Adoption: Track and monitor user adoption of Salesforce to ensure maximum utilization and identify areas for improvement.
  • User Training: Develop training materials and provide hands-on training to ensure users are equipped to leverage Salesforce efficiently.
Required Technical Skills:
  • Salesforce CRM: Proficient in Salesforce administration and configuration.
  • CRM Systems: Strong knowledge and experience working with CRM systems.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
