- Oversee the publication of class schedules and timetables.

Compliance and Reporting

- Ensure compliance with institutional, national, and international regulations.
- Prepare and submit required reports to accrediting bodies and government agencies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Policy Development and Implementation

- Develop and enforce academic policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance on policy interpretation and implementation.
- Review and update policies to reflect best practices and regulatory changes.

Student Services

- Support student services such as advising, graduation, and transcript requests.
- Manage processes related to student appeals, academic probation, and dismissals.
- Facilitate communication between students, faculty, and administration.
