Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. Developing quotes and proposals for clients. Developing goals for the Sales team and business growth and ensuring they are met. Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition Writing business proposals Negotiating with stakeholders Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs Researching business opportunities and viable income streams Following industry trends locally and internationally Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements Reaching and Exceeding Company Sales Targets CORE COMPENTENCIES High-level communication skills Stakeholder management skills Proven ability to negotiate Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy Conflict resolution The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team Experience working to and exceeding targets Current drivers licence. Demonstrated level of motivation, productivity and safety. Good Level of literacy and numeracy. Knowledge of workshop procedures and automotive repairs.
