Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning and coordination of employee training programs and workshops.
- Help develop training materials, presentations, and supporting resources.
- Track and monitor training program participation, progress, and feedback.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement.
- Support the HR team in researching industry best practices in training and employee development.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, as needed.

Qualifications:

- Must have completed an HR qualification (e.g., HR degree or HR certification).
- Strong interest in training, development, and talent management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
