Introduction

We are seeking to appoint a Key Accounts Coordinator I (Hospital) - Western Cape. The candidate will report into the Regional Key Accounts Manager and the role will be based in our United Pharmaceutical Distributors (Montague Gardens) Distribution Centre.

Job Purpose:

To provide support to the national and regional key account managers by coordinating and organizing all critical functions linked to the service level agreements within the Clicks / Hospital / Link channel, in line with the UPD strategic and Group objectives.

Key Performance Areas:

1. To efficiently offer support to the Regional Key Account team, communication and correspondence with key stakeholders, as well as the efficient delivery of any other relevant tasks as and when required, in order to provide the necessary support to the Key Accounts Manager in a professional manner.
2. To assist in managing inventory levels by compiling daily stock reports.
3. To manage, resolve and provide feedback on day-to-day customer and client care queries on time using identified business tools / email (collection, delivery and non-delivery issues).
4. To liaise, coordinate and follow up on special customer deliveries.
5. To generate, compile and distribute reports and stats when required.
6. To liaise with customers on orders, as well as create and circulate to the relevant departments.
7. To proactively identify areas within UPD where process efficiencies can be improved and provide solutions to consistently reduce costs.
8. To manage day-to-day ad hoc requests from customers (including invoices, PODs).
9. Compile KPI reports in conjunction with Regional KAM.

6. Following instructions and procedures.
7. Presenting and communicating information.
8. Adhering to principles and values.
9. Planning and organizing.
10. Ability to work under pressure and respond to requests timeously.
11. Post matric certificate/qualification in administration/customer care (desirable).
12. Nursing experience would be advantageous (hospital key accounts coordinator).

Minimum Job Related Experience:

2 – 3 years' experience in areas of customer care preferably with some experience in pharmaceutical/retail/healthcare.
