The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, and closure, working closely with vessel superintendents to resolve electronics issues and provide technical support. Key tasks include:

Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Develop project scopes, business cases, and manage budgets.
  • Evaluate vendor quotes, select suppliers, and negotiate contracts.
  • Create project plans, conduct stakeholder analysis, and implement quality control measures.
  • Liaise with asset care managers, facilitate commissioning checklists, and ensure document sign-offs.
Technical Support and Project Completion:
  • Offer technical guidance to vessel superintendents on electronics, control systems, and remote monitoring systems.
  • Facilitate take-on meetings, coordinate daily updates, and report on project progress.
  • Recommission systems after completion and verify all documentation is complete.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience with marine exposure.
  • Relevant degree in mechatronics or engineering and professional certifications beneficial.
