Job Title: Project Planner
Location:
Limpopo, Waterberg District, Lephalale
Job Type:
6 month Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours
Job Duties:
- Develop and maintain project schedules using appropriate software tools
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to gather project requirements
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
- Prepare reports and presentations on project status and key metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Required Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Construction Management, or Engineering
- Proven experience as a Project Planner or similar role
- Strong understanding of project management principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project planning, scheduling, and coordination, particularly using project planning tools like Primavera or MS Project.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the industry
