Minimum Qualification Required • Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4 • Leadership Qualification Advantageous Minimum Experience • Minimum 3 years in the STI environment • Minimum 3 years in the Emergency Call centre / Call centre Deliverables include, but will not be limited to • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. • Systems thinking and methodical approach to problem-solving. • Strong process orientation and ability to follow through on tasks. • Analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements. • Good reporting and communication skills • Written and verbal skills. • Results oriented. • Able to develop and build world class team. • Coaching, quality, and compliance. • Highly proficient in dealing with clients at all levels. • Supervisory Skills. • Self-motivated to inspire others and motivation to excel.
