- We are looking for MiHelp Advisors who are passionate about assisting clients in our Emergency Call Centre in emergency situations.

**What will make you successful in this role?**

**Minimum Qualification Required**
- Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4

**Minimum Experience**
- Minimum 6 months Client Services, Admin or Claims experience.
- Preferably Emergency Call Centre or related work-field

**Deliverables include, but will not be limited to**
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Systems thinking and methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong process orientation and ability to follow through on tasks.
- Analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
