Our client based in the East Rand is looking to hire a Sales Admin/ Buyer person to come and join their team. Successful candidate will be supporting the business by managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and securing new projects, including tenders. You need to be organised and proactive Admin Assistant to support our sales team.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain records of sales transactions and update the sales database.
- Process job files and ensure accuracy of information.
- Maintain a filing system for contracts, agreements, and correspondence.

Requirements:

- Grade twelve (12) or equivalent qualification
- Applicant must have minimum of 1 year working experience in administration support role
- Sound planning verbal communication
- English and Afrikaans essential
- Computer literacy essential; Microsoft Office skills Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Own transport
- No Criminal record
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in an administrative or accounts role is preferred
