We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator Specialist to join our team at HR Genie. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and optimize social media presence, including content creation and engagement
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and A/B testing
  • Manage and oversee paid media initiatives, including budget allocation and ROI analysis
  • Provide marketing materials to the sales team, including sales collateral and marketing copy
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with external agencies and consultants
  • Plan and execute webinars, seminars, and other marketing events
  • Manage and update marketing project plans, including tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met

Requirements:

  • Senior Certificate, Relevant Diploma/Degree, or an equivalent qualification
  • 3 years marketing experience
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication skills across a range of levels in the business
