Job Title: Marketing Co-ordinator/Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Co-ordinator to join our team at Labournet. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Marketing and Brand Management function of the business.

About the Role:

The Marketing Co-ordinator will report to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of the marketing plan. This will include driving key areas such as social media, digital marketing, campaign roll-out, and consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage social media presence and create engaging content
  • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and track their performance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and brand consistency
  • Manage and maintain the company's image banks and databases
  • Coordinate events and launches
  • Manage the company's website and ensure its accuracy and relevance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal teams
  • Manage budgets and track expenses
Requirements:
  • Communications/Brand Building/Marketing degree or equivalent experience
  • Certification in Project Management would be advantageous
  • 3-5 years proven and relevant marketing co-ordination/administration experience gained
  • Experience in media presence, social media, events coordination, and brand management internally
  • Relevant experience gained within the sustainability and waste management/recycling or plastic manufacturing and/or related industry will be highly advantageous
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc. at an Intermediate level)
  • Experience in Social Media management and monitoring
  • Experience in Website management and maintenance
  • Experience with Design programs (Photoshop and InDesign) with Basic design skills are advantageous
  • Experience in creating company and brand presentations including project/campaign coordination
  • Must be open to travelling locally for a small period of time
  • Driver's license and own vehicle
