Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial department, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting Duties:
    • Maintaining accounting principles and records
    • Managing banking operations
    • Processing payroll and compliance documents
    • Preparing financial reports and presentations
    • Assisting with audit preparations
    • Providing support with company structuring tasks
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Filing and organizing company documents
    • Managing legal agreements and forms
    • Coordinating travel arrangements and meetings
  • Personal Assistance:
    • Booking flights and accommodations
    • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
    • Organizing meetings and events

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Relevant experience in finance or administration
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and banking operations
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
