We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager for our locations in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, dependable, and energetic individual who embodies the spirit of our business.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A minimum of a grade 12 education.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar retail role.

Additionally, candidates should have:

  • Proven experience in managing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
  • Understanding of the Labour Relations Act and BCOE Act.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the store's financial performance by maximizing sales and monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly targets, taking necessary actions to meet objectives.
  2. Oversee all operational aspects of the store, including expense management, inventory control, and administrative tasks.
  3. Ensure that visual merchandising standards are upheld, maintaining the store's presentation in line with company branding.
  4. Lead and motivate staff to foster a competent and engaged workforce.
  5. Schedule employees effectively to ensure adequate staffing across all departments.
  6. Handle administrative duties efficiently, ensuring accurate timekeeping and employee records are maintained.
  7. Build and sustain positive relationships with stakeholders to achieve business goals and capitalize on opportunities.
