Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Greeting visitors and providing a professional welcome
  • Answering and transferring calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Updating calendars, scheduling meetings, and booking appointments
  • Storing client details and maintaining confidentiality
  • Sending and responding to emails in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Redirecting client queries and concerns to the relevant personnel
  • Maintaining inventory of office supplies and ordering as needed
  • Ensuring the reception area is tidy and well-presented
  • Organizing meeting rooms and ensuring all necessary materials are available
  • Drafting ad hoc documentation as required
  • Handling deliveries and making coffee/tea on request
