Job Description

**Job Title:** Regional Sales Trainer

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Trainer to join our team at Sydsen. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to support the sales team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Development: Design and deliver training programs to support the sales team in achieving their goals.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop training plans to address them.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions to the sales team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Training Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Communication: Communicate training plans and progress to stakeholders, including sales managers and team members.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including sales managers and team members.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, making recommendations for improvement to training programs.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Training, or Development, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training role, with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to design and deliver training programs to diverse audiences.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in training software and systems.
