Administrative Support Specialist

Hire Resolve is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Receptionist to support the smooth operation of their office in Bryanston.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, directing them to the relevant personnel or taking messages as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, utilizing calendars and scheduling tools effectively.
- Handle mail, deliveries, and other administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, ordering as needed to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Act as a liaison with office suppliers, property managing agents, security, and other business continuity services.
- Support the coordination and preparation for new joiners, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff as required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Office Administrator or Receptionist.
- High school diploma required; additional certification in Office Management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Negotiable salary.
