Responsibilities:
  1. Lead complex business analysis initiatives, including the identification, documentation, and management of business requirements and processes.

  3. Analyze existing business processes and systems, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions to optimize performance and drive operational excellence.
  4. Develop detailed business requirements documents and functional specifications, and work with technical teams to design and implement effective solutions.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and initiatives.
  3. Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools.
  4. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  5. Experience with requirements management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  6. Understanding of software development life cycles and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  9. Proven leadership abilities and experience in mentoring or coaching team members.
