About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Brand Manager to join our marketing team at Absolute Pets. As a key representative of our brand, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating our Private Label brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and set up events at store and shopping centers, ensuring brand standards are adhered to at every event.
  • Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including animal welfare organizations, breeders, vets, and animal nutritionists.
  • Drive sales of our private label products in Company stores and establish new sales channels for private label brands.
  • Monitor and assess sales of the brand across stores, drilling down into all products listed under the brand.
  • Assist with customer queries regarding our brands' products and provide support to the marketing team.
Requirements
  • Pet lover with a strong passion for the industry.
  • Excellent planning, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
  • Experience in the premium pet care industry and knowledge of pet nutrition and products is an advantage.
  • Experience in a marketing team or role is preferred.
