Accounts Administrator for Industrial Refrigeration Business

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team at West Coast Personnel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in accounts administration, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounts administration function in the business, including customer accounts and financial transactions.
- Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices and payments.
- Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Develop and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 plus, ideally a National Diploma or Certificate in Finance or Admin or a similar qualification from a reputable academic institution.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Accounts Administrator, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of customer accounts.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
