Accounts Administrator for Industrial Refrigeration Business

We are seeking a highly experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team at West Coast Personnel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in accounts administration, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounts administration function in the business, including customer accounts and financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals.
- Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to management.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 plus, ideally a National Diploma or Certificate in Finance or Admin.
- 5+ years of experience as an Accounts Administrator, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Hansa Systems experience is highly desirable.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Working knowledge of customer accounts.
