Financial Administrator for Industrial Refrigeration Company

Position Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Financial Administrator to oversee the Accounts Administration responsibilities within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete Accounts Administration function.
- Utilize Hansa Accounting systems to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain customer accounts and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of Grade 12, with a preference for a National Diploma or Certificate in Finance or Administration from a recognized institution.
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a Financial Administrator, preferably in an industrial manufacturing context.
- Familiarity with Hansa Systems is advantageous.
- Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.
- Possess strong administrative skills and personal attributes typical of successful Financial Administrators.
