Position Requirements

This role requires a highly organized individual with a strong focus on attention to detail and effective stakeholder management. The successful candidate will have a solid background in finance, including proficiency in interpreting payment sheets and unique requirements.

Main Accountabilities

The key accountabilities of this role include:

  • Timely admin turnaround (≤48 hours) at the point of weekly reporting
  • Strict admin and finance quantity adherence to approved processes.
  • Error rate of less than 1%
  • Managing discrepancies within approved reconciliation processes and executing all items stipulated in recon management.
  • Reporting and managing profiles, ensuring a healthy profile through independent financial activity management.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

The following qualifications and skills are required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in membership administration and reconciliation.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Medical Scheme Industry.
  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
