Job Title: Automotive Receptionist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team at Select Motor Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone calls and responding to customer inquiries
  • Updating the telephone list and maintaining accurate records
  • Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional manner
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Performing ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Certificate in Telephone Etiquette Course would be advantageous
  • At least 2 years of current experience in a similar role with Dealership/Vehicle rental experience
  • Excellent communication skills, confident, well-presented, friendly, patient, and efficient
  • Able to speak and read English and Afrikaans
  • Motor Industry experience is essential
