Job Title: Receptionist with Dealership Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Select Motor Recruitment. As a Receptionist with Dealership experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the switchboard, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Updating the telephone list
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Working every second Saturday
  • Providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Certificate in Telephone Etiquette Course would be advantageous
  • At least 2 years of current experience in a similar role with Dealership experience
  • Excellent communication skills, confident, well-presented, friendly, patient, and efficient
  • Able to speak and read English and Afrikaans
  • Motor Industry experience is essential
