Receptionist (Switchboard Operator) Job Opportunity

Select Motor Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist (Switchboard Operator) to join our dynamic team at a well-established Automotive Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Updating and maintaining the telephone list
  • Providing exceptional customer service and meeting and greeting visitors
  • Working every second Saturday
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Certificate in Telephone Etiquette Course (advantageous)
  • At least 2 years of current experience in a similar role with Dealership experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to speak and read English and Afrikaans
  • Motor Industry experience is essential
