Administrative Coordinator

As a key member of the Cyberbacker team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support in various aspects of our operations. Your primary duties will include:
Transcription and Call Preparation:
Listen to live or recorded calls and take detailed notes on key points discussed. Prepare daily call lists, meeting agendas, and necessary materials to ensure participants have the required information.
Schedule Coordination and Management:
Efficiently schedule meetings with clients and team members, coordinating times that accommodate all parties and managing any necessary adjustments or cancellations. Your organizational skills will be essential in ensuring seamless coordination.
Reporting and Virtual File Management:
Prepare reports on key metrics and performance indicators within specified deadlines. Update and maintain virtual files to ensure information is organized and easily accessible, making it simple for team members to find the data they need.
