Job Title: Warehouse Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team at Skills Connector. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient delivery and stock management processes in our external warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock levels to ensure sufficient stock for sales
  • Conduct stock take reconciliations and audits
  • Handle documentation for all stock movements
  • Coordinate with Sales, Quality, Finance, and Logistics teams
  • Process sales orders, delivery notes, and returns
  • Distribute stock from external suppliers

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Warehousing, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Literate in Afrikaans and/or English
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, and SAP)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse administration and stock management
