Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Employee Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, salary, benefits, and performance reviews.
  2. Coordinate Training: Schedule and track employee training and development programs, including workshops and online courses.
  3. Administer Benefits: Manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
  4. Serve as HR Point of Contact: Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an HR administration role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously; Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
