Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our clients' portfolios, achieving revenue targets and maintaining current relationships with third-party BC/HOA properties.
- Oversee and manage staff, ensuring effective team performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive results.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Management or a related field.
- Paddocks UCT Sectional Title/HOA Management Course qualification advantageous.
- Registered with the PPRA holding a valid FFC advantageous.
- 3 years' experience in managing Sectional Title Schemes/HOA's and complex management.
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Accuracy and strategy planning.
- Excellent eye for detail.
