About the Position
We're seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at UMass Memorial Health. As a key member of our maternity department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch patient care and supporting surgical procedures in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Set up the Operating Room, including preparing equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth procedure execution.
- Anticipate and meet the needs of surgeons and other team members during procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and follow established protocols.
Requirements:
- Valid certification as a Surgical Technologist from a recognized certifying body.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
