Hahhh is seeking a registered nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care in the operating room. As an operating room registered nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients regularly, developing individualized plans of care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
About the RoleThis position requires a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide individualized care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and reassess patients regularly to identify changing needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Direct and supervise nursing care within assigned clinical settings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and smooth workflow.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Perioperative experience or completion of Periop 101 course required.
