About the Role
To drive and retain a portfolio of high-value relationships through strategic partnerships and proactive service delivery. Key responsibilities include providing differentiated service and value-adding solutions to entrepreneurs and businesses, understanding their operational needs, risks, and financial requirements, and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
Key Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with 5 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in the banking sector. Prior experience as a Business Banker or managing a portfolio in the entrepreneur environment is highly desirable, providing an understanding of business operations, risks, and financial needs. The ideal candidate will also possess strong behavioral competencies, including directing people, embracing change, empowering individuals, exploring possibilities, and following procedures. Technical competencies in account opening and maintenance, application and submission verification, customer understanding, product knowledge, and risk identification are also essential.
