The Role:

This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment as a Supervisor Supply Warehouse at our Hillside Aluminium smelter in Richards Bay.

You will be responsible for supervising the execution of warehouse operational activities, ensuring materials are stored, maintained, and handled in a secure, accurate, and appropriate manner.

Your key responsibilities include supervising, coaching, and leading the warehouse team; implementing critical controls and verifying their effectiveness; and actively participating in warehouse improvement projects.

About You:

You should have experience and demonstrate capability in managing warehouse and supply chain operations in a heavy industrial environment.

You should have strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work under pressure.

A Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain or Warehousing is required.
